Chief Marketing Executive (35K – 42K) (SDG-52928) <Job Responsibilities> - Quote and negotiate with insurers on Terms, conditions and premium for existing clients. - Submit the information to the insurer prior of renewal period and prepare the renewal notice and send to the client within before the expiry date (sometimes visit clients at least 2 clients per month) - Bargain and Negotiate with insurers for the best commission and compare and verify benefits and premium correctly then send renewal proposal to the client. - Close renewal cases and control administrative staff to send medical cards to the client before renewal period. - Explain the coverage to HR Department and conduct a presentation to employees. - Prepare the renewal report for the monthly meeting. - Assist Accounting Department to follow-up on outstanding premium in case of the very long outstanding. - Handle for Travel Insurance to enhance commission. - Coach and supervise the administrative staff. - Present the claim analysis report and the loss ratio report to the client for the claim usage reminder as well as other products to enhance the commission. - Support to coordinate with accounts in charge for worksite project. - Other task as assigned by manager <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male /Female age 27 – 37 years old - Bachelor's degree in bachelor degree in any fields - Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance and have experienced on renewal arrangement at least 3 years. - Good English communication skill. - Have serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure - Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill. - Good typing skills for both English and Thai. หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่การตลาด (35K - 42K) (SDG-52928) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - เสนอราคาและเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ประกันตนตามข้อกำหนดเงื่อนไขและเบี้ยประกันภัยสำหรับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน - ส่งข้อมูลไปยัง บริษัท ประกันภัยก่อนกำหนดระยะเวลาการต่ออายุและจัดทำหนังสือแจ้งการต่ออายุและส่งให้กับลูกค้าภายในก่อนวันหมดอายุ (บางครั้งเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 2 ลูกค้าต่อเดือน) - ต่อรองและเจรจากับ บริษัท ประกันเพื่อรับค่าคอมมิชชั่นที่ดีที่สุดและเปรียบเทียบและตรวจสอบสิทธิประโยชน์และเบี้ยประกันภัยอย่างถูกต้องจากนั้นส่งข้อเสนอการต่ออายุให้กับลูกค้า - ปิดกรณีต่ออายุและควบคุมเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการเพื่อส่งบัตรแพทย์ให้ลูกค้าก่อนที่จะต่ออายุ - อธิบายความครอบคลุมต่อฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและนำเสนอต่อพนักงาน - จัดทำรายงานการต่ออายุการประชุมประจำเดือน - ช่วยเหลือฝ่ายบัญชีในการติดตามยอดคงค้างในกรณีที่ค้างนานมาก - จัดการประกันภัยการเดินทางเพื่อเพิ่มค่าคอมมิชชัน - โค้ชและควบคุมดูแลเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ - นำเสนอรายงานการวิเคราะห์การเรียกร้องและรายงานอัตราส่วนการสูญเสียไปยังลูกค้าเพื่อแจ้งเตือนการใช้การเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายรวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มค่าคอมมิชชั่น - สนับสนุนการประสานงานกับบัญชีที่รับผิดชอบสำหรับโครงการไซต์งาน - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 27 - 37 ปี - วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาใดก็ได้ - มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับนายหน้าประกันภัยประกันชีวิตกลุ่มหรือประกันสุขภาพกลุ่มและมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการต่ออายุอย่างน้อย 3 ปี - มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษดี - มีใจรักการบริการมีทัศนคติที่ดีอดทนอดกลั้นใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ - การเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีการเจรจาต่อรองและทักษะการนำเสนอ - มีทักษะการพิมพ์ที่ดีทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์รวมถึง Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า> - มีประสบการณ์โดยตรงในการประกันชีวิต ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน: BTS ราชดำริ, กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: 8: 30-17: 00 น.
