Accounting & Financial Assistant Manager @ Chonburi (42K – 50K) (SDG-52772)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Check PV, AP, AR, AV voucher.
- Manage of Cash Forecast Management for fixed deposit and coordinate with Bank.
- Prepare and ensure correctly follow up yearly , monthly and daily cash flow.
- Handle day to day accounting activities, Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, document and report.
- Assist support accounting manager with overall operations or any assignment.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial report to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and consolidates.
- Monitor financial movements. Consolidate and analyze financial data.
- Analyzes records of financial data.
- Provide advice and advice to subordinates and agencies related to accounting systems.
- Support IFRS, J-SOX
- Other assignment will be assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female age 30 – 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related filed.
- Conversational low-middle level in English
- 5 years Accounting & Finance experience in Manufacturing field
- 3 years’ experience in management level.
- Good knowledge in closing statement
- Able to use ERP program
- Holding a CPD license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in working on MFG PRO will be highly considered.
- Knowledge of QAD program

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ตรวจสอบบัตรกำนัล PV, AP, AR, AV
- จัดการการพยากรณ์เงินสดสำหรับเงินฝากประจำและประสานงานกับธนาคาร
- จัดทำและติดตามกระแสเงินสดอย่างถูกต้องเป็นรายปีรายเดือนและรายวัน
- จัดการกิจกรรมการบัญชีแบบวันต่อวัน, ตรวจสอบ, ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดและความไม่สอดคล้องในรายการทางการเงินเอกสารและรายงาน
- ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการบัญชีที่มีการดำเนินงานโดยรวมหรือการมอบหมายใด ๆ
- จัดทำตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์บันทึกการบัญชีงบการเงินและรายงานทางการเงินอื่น ๆ เพื่อประเมินความถูกต้องครบถ้วนและสอดคล้องกับการรายงานและการรวบรวม
- ติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวทางการเงิน รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน
- วิเคราะห์บันทึกข้อมูลทางการเงิน
- ให้คำแนะนำและคำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบัญชี
- รองรับ IFRS, J-SOX
- การมอบหมายอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 30 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีหรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การสนทนาระดับกลางต่ำในภาษาอังกฤษ
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีด้านการบัญชีและการเงินในสาขาการผลิต
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในระดับการจัดการ
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการปิดงบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ERP ได้
- ถือใบอนุญาต CPD
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับ MFG PRO จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม QAD
