Business Development & Licensing Manager (80K - 100K) (SDG-52615)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Researching new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services for acquisition the pharmaceutical product, pharma business entity and license-in the new drug - Evaluation of business feasibility and profitability.
- Preparing presentations and Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts also prepare the contracts/ business proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Negotiate and finalize the agreement condition of new opportunity
- Create the contract of new opportunity
- Other tasks as assigned by report line
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science
- Holding Pharmacy License.
- Minimum 5 year’s working experience as a business development, sales executive (Pharmaceutical only) or a relevant role.
- Holding own car with driving license (Visit Client and attend a meeting at Bangpa-In Manufacturing office)
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Communication and negotiation skills, Time management and planning skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- ค้นคว้าโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ รวมถึงตลาดใหม่พื้นที่การเติบโตแนวโน้มลูกค้าผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการเพื่อซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ยานิติบุคคลธุรกิจยาและใบอนุญาตในยาใหม่ - การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และผลกำไรทางธุรกิจ
- การเตรียมการนำเสนอและจัดการประชุมทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้าที่คาดหวัง
- ส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ / บริการของ บริษัท ตามที่อยู่หรือทำนายวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้า
- ร่างและตรวจสอบสัญญายังเตรียมสัญญา / ข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามกฎและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่กำหนดโดยกฎหมาย
- พัฒนากลยุทธ์และแผนการเติบโต
- เจรจาและสรุปเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงของโอกาสใหม่
- สร้างสัญญาของโอกาสใหม่
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสายรายงาน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเภสัชศาสตร์วิทยาศาสตร์เภสัชกรรม
- ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ, ผู้บริหารการขาย (เภสัชกรรมเท่านั้น) หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ถือรถยนต์ของตัวเองพร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่ (เยี่ยมลูกค้าและเข้าร่วมประชุมที่สำนักงานการผลิตบางปะอิน)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและ MS Office ได้
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองการจัดการเวลาและทักษะการวางแผน
- ความสามารถในการจัดการโครงการที่ซับซ้อนและหลายงาน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- ปริญญาโทสาขาการตลาดบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
