HR Manager (Manufacturing) (60K-70K) (SDG-52076)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety, legal, training and appraisals
Review company benefit structure
Organize Talent Management Plan
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish engagement
Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives
Conduct the IPD scheme and build the career path across the company
Propose the Talent Management and Succesion Plan for career development of employees
Provide Top Management with professional consultation on HR critical issues
Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues
Responsible in safety of building according to GMP/HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 and etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 38-45 years old
Bachelor's Degree
More than 5 years of experiences in HR Manager functions (both HRM and HRD, no labour union) in manufacturing of cosmetics/food/science and other related industry
Proven management experience
Good command of verbal and written English (both in documentation and conversation with internal/external partners)
