Job Description

HR Manager (Manufacturing) (60K-70K) (SDG-52076)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety, legal, training and appraisals
 Review company benefit structure
 Organize Talent Management Plan
 Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish engagement
 Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives
 Conduct the IPD scheme and build the career path across the company
 Propose the Talent Management and Succesion Plan for career development of employees
 Provide Top Management with professional consultation on HR critical issues
 Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues
 Responsible in safety of building according to GMP/HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 and etc.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 38-45 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 More than 5 years of experiences in HR Manager functions (both HRM and HRD, no labour union) in manufacturing of cosmetics/food/science and other related industry
 Proven management experience
 Good command of verbal and written English (both in documentation and conversation with internal/external partners)
