HR Manager - General Manager @Chonburi (90K-120K) (SDG-52075)
<Job Responsibilities>
Be responsible for all HR tasks
Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures
Design and implement company policies, corporate governance
Negotiate with labor union
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Controlling sub-contracted employees working in the factory by monitoring costs
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
To take a strong measures if there is any problem, issues in the company
Ensure employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Manage subordinates and provide right support for each tasks
Other tasks assigned by JP management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 46-52 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
At least 10 years’ experience as HR in manufacturing company
At least 5 years’ experience as manager with more than 250 employees company size
Having management in Japanese company
Be able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversational Middle Level)
Having experience of the following : Evaluation system, Corporate governance, Labor Union
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having experience in Paint industry
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Leam Chabang, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
