Job Description

IT Help Desk Staff (Contract 1 Year) (19K-32K) (SDG-52006)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Provide application and operational support to ensure that client support exceptions are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts.
	Respond to user's concern via telephone, email, facsimile, or video conference prompt and efficiently.
	Accurately log all helpdesk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Info.
	Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area.
	Perform other functions or prefects, which may be assigned by upper level.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 22-26 years old
	Bachelor's  or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer or related fields.
	New graduated is welcome
	Experience in IT Support, Call Center, or the other related fields.
	Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and IT Applications.
	Flexible to working hours (can work during weekend / public holiday and rotation shifts) is a MUST

<Preferable Skill / Experience>	
	Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving the specific the specific problems will be advantage.

Working Hour: 7:00- (6 days/week Morning shift 7:00-16:00 Afternoon shift 11:30-20:30 Night shift 20:00-8:00 Morning shift (07:00 – 16:00 / 07:30 – 16:30) Afternoon shift (11:30 – 20:30) Night shift (20:00 – 08:00))
