Team Lead (Account Management) *Advertising Agency (200K-300K) (SDG-52000)
<Job Responsibilities>
Be the team leader in Account Management side, to lead agency’s transformation in response to client’s business
Pair up with Thai Executive Strategic Planning Director, to produce agency’s proposal to client
Incorporate with Japanese Management, to align with company’s direction and movement
Be the window person with Thai Executive Vice President of the client side, to become his trusted hand
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 39-46 years old
Bachelor's degree
15 years+, Marketing Experience (at least Marketing Manager level), with experience in advertising agency process
Strong leadership skills and excellence project management
Know dynamic of online with experience in database utilization that contributes to overall strategy
Flexible in work, fast actions, decisive in directions
Great in presentation with strong persuasion & negotiation skills
Build the point based on business issues/objective, consumer knowledge with fact & number
Be able to prepare short direct to the point & strong rationale presentation
Proactive mindset
Attitude to always one step ahead
Passion to fight with the leader
Unsatisfied with status quo
Humble and pleasant personality to work with various background of people
Passionate and keen in Automobile Industry
Excellence in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Has working experience in western or Thai local agency rather than staying in Japanese advertising agency for a long time, but able to understand Japanese working culture
Able to bring a new culture and a innovative proposal to client proactively as a game changer
Golf as hobby is preferred
Languages skills

Working Hour: 9:30-6:00 (Monday to Friday)
