FDA register & Import administration (20K-35K) (SDG-51794)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
 Conduct imported clearing process
 Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
 Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
 Prepare all documents for submitting to Thai FDA
 Check and submit the ingredients of cosmetics and food from Japan
 Follow up the submitted products until they are approved by Thai FDA
 Obtain permission from FDA before launching the products and renew license
 Prepare relate material for product sales (sticker, sample board, etc.)
 Inform deliver to concern section when shipment arrival (and write reports)
 Prepare documents for renew imported and FDA and organization member or license.
 Maintain (system) products in warehouse for distribution and prepare shipping documents
 Plan & coordinate for counters stock check


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female, age 26-35 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 At least 3 years in FDA register & logistic, prefer cosmetics business
 Advanced conversational high level of English
 Good in MS office, Statistical analysis, Expert in excel
 Strong influencing, negotiation skills and presentation skills
 Dynamic, proactive and with high level of self-motivation, with a demonstrated sense of urgency and passion.
 Good relationship building and teamwork
 Work well under pressure
