Compliance Assistant Manager to Manager (30K-70K) (SDG-51717)
<Job Responsibilities>
Promote Compliance culture and practices in company.
Provide compliance training, sharing session and activity relating to local laws, regulations and corporates policies and procedures.
Assist in monitoring the companywide compliance issues.
Monitor overall compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations as well as company group policies.
Review applicable laws, regulations, and policies and summarize the change and the impact and communicate to related parties.
Provide advice and consultancy on issues arising
Develop and enhance Compliance program
Manage Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF) activities as assigned
Assist in developing and enhancing compliance program as assigned
Prepare Compliance report and follow up on findings.
Collate and verify completeness and accuracy of the compliance report
Follow up on findings to ensure that the remedial action has been taken
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 25-38 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
At least 3 years in In-house lawyer / Attorney-at-law in Consulting/ Law firm or Banking/Insurance industry
Able to communicate in English at Advanced level (to communicate with expatriates (mainly Japanese and Singaporean and making documents)
Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
