HR Manager @Rayong (64K-69K) (SDG-51618)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and monitor all human resources operations (JP Director is taking care of Recruitment) specifically in policy and strategy.
- Execute and monitor activities on health, safety, and environmental affairs.
- Up-date working rules when it needs.
- Managing Employee relation /Engagement policy and activities to make and improved good relation with all employee
- Oversees the HR division budget.
- Manage and monitor payroll (B plus)
- Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in HR of the automotive industry.
- Around 3 years of experience in management.
- Have knowledge about ISO14001, IATF16949
- Have experience using a payroll software program(B plus will be an advantage) and GA
- Able to communicate in English (Conversational middle level)
- Have good conversational and interpersonal skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge about VDA 6.3 will be an advantage.

- จัดการและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ทั้งหมด (ผู้อำนวยการ JP กำลังดูแลการสรรหา) โดยเฉพาะในนโยบายและกลยุทธ์
- ดำเนินการและติดตามกิจกรรมด้านสุขภาพความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- กฎการทำงานที่ทันสมัยเมื่อมันต้องการ
- การจัดการความสัมพันธ์ของพนักงาน / นโยบายการมีส่วนร่วมและกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างและปรับปรุงความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับพนักงานทุกคน
- ดูแลงบประมาณฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
- จัดการและตรวจสอบเงินเดือน (B plus)
- ประเมินความต้องการการฝึกอบรมและสร้างโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมและการพัฒนาที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการประมาณ 3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO14001, IATF16949
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้โปรแกรมซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีเงินเดือน (B plus จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) และ GA
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ระดับกลางการสนทนา)
- มีทักษะการสนทนาและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ VDA 6.3 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
