ERP System Administrator @ Samutprakarn (30K-38K) (SDG-51599)
<Job Responsibilities>
Provide and lead for incident management process related to the automotive manufacturing system (e.g. PLC robot, barcode system in production line)
Handle on the entire incident management process.
Track incidents and escalate to service desk in Japan using English.
Prepare an incident report for management in English.
Ensure efficient flow of incidents through service desk (Tier1/ Tier2).
Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant service level agreements where other groups are needed to resolve a single service desk incident.
Communicate and coordinate IT-related issues and activities between IT services and business end-users.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 25-36 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher degree in Computer Science or IT related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in IT System Administrator in manufacturing companies (any industry, prefer in automotive industry)
General understanding of diverse technologies (i.e. windows server, SQL server, database administration and networking) in manufacturing especially automobile
Good understanding of production/manufacturing line for system analysis
Good command of written English (mainly for documentation and email response)
High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
