Project Sales (Staff to Assistant Manager) (30K-60K) (SDG-51344)
<Job Responsibilities>
Initiate the business development for proposing the projects sales of 360 solutions for residential/ real estate/ office building/ factory/ plant/ manufacturing/ etc.
Propose products and provide solutions to potential B2B customers
Promote products: LED Lighting, switch & Plug, Air Ventilation, Solar, etc.
Collect and report market information, requirements from customers and competitor movement
Price negotiation, order management, inventory management, delivery date management
Collaborate with the technical engineer team to assist in project preparation and propose the solutions for the clients
Deal with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone
Business trip: 90% BKK, 10% upcountry
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-38 years old
Bachelor degree
At least 3 years or above of experiences working as Project Sales for real estate, developer clients
Good command of spoken & written in English
Good at communicating, presenting, good personality for business purposes
Have driving’s license and able to drive own car to upcountry for business purpose
