Job Description

HR Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-120K) (SDG-51197)

<Job Responsibilities>
	Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
	Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review
	Prepares budget of human resources operations.
	Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
	Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
	Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
	Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-40 years old
	Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or any related fields
	At least 8 years experienced in overall Human resources filed
	Good command in Japanese and English is a must 
	Excellent in management skills
	Have knowledge in Payroll and Labor law
	Able to use Microsoft office
