Legal Specialist @Chonburi (50K-80K) (SDG-50779)
<Job Responsibilities>
Handle overall legal, Compliance and Information System Management matter.
Support legal and compliance matter
Draft, Review and negotiate various business contract.
Perform legal documents and coordinate with relate departments.
Perform advice on legal issue for Personnel Section Manager and related department with assignment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
College Diploma or Higher in Law.
Thai Lawer's license qualified at least 10 years of post-qualified experience gained in Law firm and advisor in house.
Extensive knowledge of Thai Commercial and Investment Laws.
Ability to review and analyze commercial contracts.
Excellent written and spoken in English.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skill.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working Experience as Legal in Manufacturing
