Job Description

IT Support (10 Months contract) (20K-25K) (SDG-50397)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) PC, Peripheral 
	Perform troubleshooting PC Desk, Peripheral and network equipment via call, remote or other tool
	Follow-up and update customer status and information
	Determine/Suggestion the best solution based on the issue and details provided to customers
	Escalation unresolvable to next support level
	Monthly incident report
	Provide standby engineer for service support in case of Help desk engineer cannot onsite.
	Provide onsite service at Somerset branch as customer assign
	Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
	Perform customer regulation

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality , Male, age 25-30 years old
	Bachelor degree 
	At least 1-2 years of experiences as a IT support in any industry
	Knowledge of CompTIA A+
	Able to communicate in English 
	Able to work as a shift (not over 8 hrs.)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>	
	Support IT software Application Hotel 
	Able to start working immediately

Workplace Area: BTS Eakkamai, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(*flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*)
