Assistant Estimation Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-50086)
<Job Responsibilities>
Collaborate to internal department and external parties for BOQ/TOR and other related documentation
Collaborate to external suppliers for purchasing process and ensure the correctness and best negotiation regarding to requirement
Evaluate the external suppliers and negotiate for the best outcome
Summarize the materials in overall process
Follow up the pre-to-post process to ensure the accuracy, credibility, correctness and standard of services to customers
Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Electrical Engineer
At least 8 years of working experience as Project Manager or Estimate Engineer in related industry of waste water management or property industry
Proven experience in managerial level at least 3 years
Experience in managing/ estimating project of 3-floor building
Good command of daily conversation of English (for documentation)
Able to use own car for business purpose
