Sales Associate (Siam Paragon) (20K-25K) (SDG-40802)
<Job Responsibilities>
Essential job duties
Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
Increase clients engagement and loyalty by conveying the company's values
Maintain outstanding customer service as per company's standards
Sales / Performance
Achieve sales target through effective use of selling techniques, client ling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
Identify customers’ expectations and complete the transaction successfully
Demonstrate team work for all kinds of corporation
Monitor sales targets and department performance on daily and monthly basis
Client Development
Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationship to ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service throughout
Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service
Fill out and update the client book, build relationship with customers
Back Office support
Provide support in stock management
Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store
Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising housekeeping and the company's standard within the boutiques
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 of retail sales experience or Client Service Business, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
Good command of Thai and can communicate in English
Computer literacy a must
Excellent cross-selling skills
Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Fluency in one or more foreign languages a plus, Mandarin Chinese preferred
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Siam, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(5 day-off/ month, including public holiday 2 shifts for Mon-Thu/ 9.00-18.00 and 11.30-20.30 2 shifts for Fri-Sun/ 9.00-18.00 and 12.30-21.30)
