Head of Business Development (Real Estate Developer) (100K-150K) (SDG-40766)
<Job Responsibilities>
Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.
Overseeing a significant proportion of the financial performance and general growth strategy of the business.
Drive overall business growth in this market
Development of strategic account planning for individual customers and prospects
Build relationships with Client Projects team leaders to generate project opportunities.
Developing and implementing sales plan to drive external growth
Overseeing day to day duties carried out by the team of existing property managers.
Leading marketing projects and initiatives to grow the business.
Conduct market research and analyze competition.
Reporting to Group Management on company performance.
Responsible for the overall coordination of the work program planning, budget & resource management of the Business Development division
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
10 years’ work experience in real estate property management experience, with the last 2 years being Business Development
Good level of experience with residential property transactions
Management experience more than 5 years
Able to use own car for business purpose
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and priorities
