<Job Responsibilities>
To explore new business opportunity and sales acquisition.
To handle and manage the sales transaction activities, business retention, upsell, cross-sell.
To gather and comprehend customer's requirements and expectation.
To prepare / propose business solution to the prospect, by calculating related cost.
To plan / manage / execute / implement the sales activities including strategy.
Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 29-45 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experience for three years in Sales Representative, or any related field (with the direct experience in Contact Center business / Outsourcing / Research business).
Well understand in call center business concept
Good command in English (Business/fluent)
Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill.
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Can work under pressure.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Candidate who have background at contact Center Company (ex. One to one).
