Operation Manager (Training) (40K-75K) (SDG-40670)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Overview of Service Operation
 Set standard of Service and image of company
 Visit brunches shop in order to improve standard for all staffs
 Provide some training to develop performance of staffs in each brunches
 Follow up a result after provide staff some training or educate
 Educate staffs to be more Professional for individual customers
 Other tasks assigned by MD



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female, age 27-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service field of Hotel/ Airline/ Travel Agency or any Service Industry
 Service Mind
 Good personality
 Leadership skill
 Able to work individual and team
 Have knowledge in Microsoft Office
 Good communication skills
 Proactive and energetic
 The ability to work under pressure

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience with Hotel chain
