Store operation Manager (Japanese Speaking) (50K-100K) (SDG-40586) <Job Responsibilities> Since it is the setting up company, this position is required to open the new stores and set up the store operation systems from the beginning (*There is the training program for around 3 month in Japan) Coordinate with the Head Quarter in Japan Make sure the daily overall operations to be efficient and good quality Expected to manage subordinates after setting up the company, stores, and increasing headcounts Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-45 years old Bachelor's degree in any fields At least 1 years of working experience as store manager (Person who can complete overall HR tasks) At least 2 years of working experience in the consumer services industry which has chain restaurant or retail stores Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up) Conversational level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> Person who has the experience of setting up chain restaurant as store manager Management experience Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: BTS sukhumvit Line Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Shift schedule) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–100,000THB About the company Products: Sushi restaurant chain with a conveyor belt system Business Type: Restaurant / Hotel;
