<Job Responsibilities>
Provide legal support after place the deal
Investigate Thai law related M&A
Cooperate with 3rd party's lawyer and make documents
Other tasks assigned by Japanese MD
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Legal or any related
Having knowledge in law related M&A such as corporate law etc.
Good command in English (Advanced conversational level)
Interested in M&A Business
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in M&A is advantage point
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi , Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
