<Job Responsibilities>
 Understand both financial and property business and create business process flow
 Plan to develop both quality and quantity specialize agents for investment property
 Manage, motivate, develop and control agents
 Develop all sales channels
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor degree in any related field
 At least 5 years of working experience in financial, investment, or property industry, agency, broker, channel management
 At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales who manages real estate agency
 Able to communicate in English
 Have own car and driving license
