Job Description

Import-Export Officer (Staff to Assistant Chief) @Pathumthani (20K-28K) (SDG-37924)
<Job Responsibilities>
Import
 To receive instruction to be coordinate with customs broker
 To issue schedule plan delivery cargo to any warehouse and monitor the damaged of cargo to be insurance
 To check expense in debit note & key payment such as C/C charges, storage charges, freight charges & insurance changes.
 To coordinate & inform to customer (P.I.C)
 To be advise & knowledge logistics to update and share to customs or staff.
 To report immediately the incident, if happen to Manager directly.
 To check the expense or quotation (C/C, T/P, Packing & Laching, Storage & Etc) from each customs broker
 To arrange claim note increase of import shipment that the cargo is damage (broken, torn, bending & etc) with insurance company
Export
 To receive instruction for booking vessel date with forwarder and confirm back the all working.
 To correct checking the date before customs clearance processing and advise to customs (P.I.C)
 To check expense in debit note and key payment such as C/C charges, freight charges insurance charges & etc.
 To arrange all concern document for apply tax refund in case of export shipment that mention "Tax Incentive " every department.
 To check the expense or quotation (C/C, T/P, Packing & Laching, Storage & Etc) from each customs broker
 To arrange claim note increase of export shipment that the cargo is damage with insurance company
Warehouse

 To send daily delivery to warehouse be arrange the cargoes to any customer. Make monthly checking & printout report every month and annual inventory checking stock every 6 months.

To be consult for staff and customer on various matters as Logistics provider.
 To verify payment voucher/ inventory report before sending to company
 To verify and sign on documents which related with import-export shipment.
 To be ready for staff to consult the trouble of jo
 To be consultant for customers on various
 To approach customer anytime necessary including e-mail correspondence overseas.
 To report immediately the incident, if happen to department GM.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality ,Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree graduated
 At least 2 years’ experience in Import-Export field in Logistics Company with supply chain background.
 Good negotiation skill.
 Good presentation and coordination skills.
 Good command in English
 Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point presentation is a must)
