Associate HR consultant (Sales Executive) (Japanese Speaking) (30K-50K) (SDG-37067)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for providing HR consulting services to develop HR resources for achieving company target
 Get appointments to Japanese Management by calling new potential clients
 Proactively arrange the appointment schedule with JP branch manager
 Visit clients with JP branch manager to listen to client's need
 Create proposals by mainly Microsoft Power point
 Collect and analyze data and design and prepare for required solutions for each clients such as Training course, HR assessment system tool, HR organization structure. (Initially , main solution will be Training for managers)
 Analyze and report the result of each solution afterwards and use them for next proposal
 Propose next solution to existing company by discussing the progress of HR development and build continuous relationship with them
 Other task as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 23-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Business level of Japanese language
 At least 1 year of professional experience (Sales experience is preferred)
 Good at using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, etc.)
 Strong interests in HRD (Human Resource development), Management Training service
 No hesitance for cold call (Business development)
 Person who can learn from your own experience
 Never-give-up mind
 Self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target
(Possess target-oriented mind)
 Has the strong sense of client-oriented mind and thought
 Personality (Outgoing, Supportive, Flexible , Team player, Positive, Ownership)
