Machining Manager @ Chonburi (40K-60K) (SDG-29570) <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for doing Kaizening and costing down of machining department - Control productivity in the line accordance to production plan (Operation rate, OEE) - Coordinate with Jig, Edging tool supplier to install the best production line - To manage NC lathe and MC by controlling program and train staffs (Fanuc) - Report the production data to JP managements in English - Improve and sustain production to produce products that meet both the quality and output requirements - Improve internal reporting system (Excel) and reporting process - Control quality and NG of the machining line. - Troubleshoot quality and production issues. - Lead team to develop to manage and reduce cost. - Maintain good and smooth communication internally - To provide subordinates instructions which is from JP management in English - Other tasks as assigned. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, age 35-45 years old - Bachelor degree in Engineering - At least 5 years’ experience of NC lathe and MC (Both need) in manufacturing company - Having experience of handling material which is used in Die Casting Such as Aluminum, Zinc etc. - Can read Mechanical Drawing - Can do machine program (our brand is Fanuc) - Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversation low to middle) - Experience in IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Aluminum die cast machine will be highly advantage - Having management experience Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area Amatanakhorn Phase 2, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Twice a month) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing of Automotive parts, motorcycle parts, electronics parts, precision machinery parts, medical equipment parts, architectural hardware, etc. Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts

Machining Manager @ ชลบุรี (40K-60K) (SDG-29570) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - รับผิดชอบในการทำ Kaizening และลดต้นทุนของแผนกเครื่องจักร - ควบคุมผลผลิตในสายงานตามแผนการผลิต (Operation rate, OEE) - ประสานงานกับ Jig ผู้จำหน่ายเครื่องมือ Edging เพื่อติดตั้งสายการผลิตที่ดีที่สุด - จัดการเครื่องกลึง NC และ MC โดยควบคุมโปรแกรมและฝึกอบรมพนักงาน (Fanuc) - รายงานข้อมูลการผลิตไปยังผู้บริหารของ JP เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - ปรับปรุงและสนับสนุนการผลิตเพื่อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ตรงตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพและผลผลิต - ปรับปรุงระบบการรายงานภายใน (Excel) และกระบวนการรายงาน - ควบคุมคุณภาพและ NG ของสายการผลิต - แก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพและการผลิต - นำทีมเพื่อพัฒนาเพื่อจัดการและลดต้นทุน - รักษาการสื่อสารที่ดีและราบรื่นภายใน - เพื่อให้คำแนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาซึ่งมาจากการบริหาร JP ในภาษาอังกฤษ - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 35-45 ปี - ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรม - ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีของเครื่องกลึง NC และ MC (ทั้งสองอย่าง) ใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต - มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการขนถ่ายวัสดุที่ใช้ในการหล่อโลหะเช่นอลูมิเนียมสังกะสีเป็นต้น - สามารถอ่าน Mechanical Drawing ได้ - สามารถทำโปรแกรมเครื่อง (แบรนด์ของเราคือ Fanuc) - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (การสนทนาขั้นสูงต่ำถึงกลาง) - มีประสบการณ์ใน IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า> - มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องจักรหล่ออลูมิเนียมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงานอมตะธานีเฟส 2 ชลบุรี เวลาทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น.
