Finance & Account Executive (AP) (25K-30K) (SDG-29562)
<Job Responsibilities>
Reconcile accrued accounts related to account payables
Record Fixed Asset and calculate depreciation and register asset
Record all purchase invoices (Local and Overseas) into the system
Prepare invoices for payment process
Monitor Account Payable (AP) Trade, Non-trade and GR/IR outstanding balance
Ensure invoices are properly coded with proper supporting documents and reviews for payment
Prepare Input VAT report
Process “Regional Corporate Approval” into system
Liaison with external & internal auditors & Revenue Department officer
Other assignments as required by supervisor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor degree in accounting
At least 3 years of working experiences in Accounting field i.e. reconcile accrued accounts related to account payable, record Fixed Asset and calculate depreciation and register asset, prepare invoice for payment process and ensure all invoices are properly coded with proper supporting documents and review for payment, etc.
Good for Microsoft Office, computer skills i.e. MS.Word, Excel, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High responsibilities, enthusiastic, detail-oriented person and can work under pressure
Good command in English both spoken and written for working on a report and internal coordination with Japanese team
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Efficiency in both SAP or/and Dynamic AX
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 9:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
