Factory Manager ( JP)

Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (80K-100K)(SDG-29255)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Planning about management of factory by following company target and strategy
 Implement production in according to the plan and controlling process and product quality assurance
 Manage work procedure, execution plan and monitor day to day progress
 Control production plan, manpower planning and production capacity management
 Analysis the trouble and problem of production and set PDCA to prevent that problem and coordinate with Japanese MD
 Improving production process and staff ability to produce products as efficiency
 Be responsible for production quality and on-time shipping
 Maintain machine and equipment in production line
 Manage safety of factory
 Manage product cost / implement cost reduction activities and manage budget
 Establish ISO standards for factory



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 40-50 years old
 Bachelor Degree in Engineering
 At least 10 years experiences in production of Auto-motive industry
 At least 5 years experiences as Manager level in Auto-motive industry of whole production line/factory in Auto-motive industry (GM level, Manage work procedure, Control production plan, Analysis the trouble and problem)
 Advanced conversational level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese MD
 Basic level of English for reading documents
 Have knowledge of factory safety
 Must have own car for commuting

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having experience as factory manager

English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level



Workplace Area: Amatanakorn (Phase 8), Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:20 (Mon-Fri) (Sat: 1 time/month)
