Technical Sales Engineer (JP) @Samutprakan (40-83K) (SDG-28795)
Job Responsibilities
Pursuing profitable results with the Japanese customer’s accounts that are being assigned
Identifying, qualifying and prioritizing sales opportunities, whether they represent potential new customers/opportunities to generate additional business from existing customers
Visiting customers or attending the meeting with them to find out their requirements/preferences to develop the relationship, maintain and increase sales amounts of both existing and new customers
Purposing total-solution based quotations to Japanese customers
Acknowledging corporate sales targets and the individual yearly sales targets and providing forecasts based on market trends, previous purchasing history analysis and latest information from customers, i.e. prospective purchasing orders
Solving and responding customers’ complaints related to JP’s domestic sales, JP’s International sales and support Technical services
Performing as Product Line Manager to solve and responding customers’inquiries of that product category
Solving and responding Japanese customers’complaints
Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products, services, commodities and equipment
Updating and sharing marketing information to support marketing research
Making reports on a scheduled basis, including daily visit reports, monthly sales reports and customer visit against plans
Necessary Skill / Experience
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years old
Bachelor Degree in any fields
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales in any related field
Good command in English and Japanese communication
Be able to drive for business purpose with own driving car
*(providing car maintenance and fleet card)
Be highly motivated, results oriented individual with effective team working skills.
Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person
Have experience in working with diverse audiences
Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill
Be enthusiastic learner and flexible
Be able to work independently with cross-functional teams
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in chemical plating industries
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemical
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
