Production Supervisor @Chonburi (25K-40K) (SDG-28791) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for implementing 5S and strict and impartial discipline to show excellent housekeeping Responsible for standardize management Make good use of equipment, material and manpower to complete production orders with high quality and timely delivery Go on a tour of inspection to check manpower, equipment’s , tools and quality actual status Push related persons in charge to solve serious abnormal production problems Establish good team work and train, appraise and motivate shift supervisors/ technicians/ leaders to achieve the work target Make sure IATF 16949 system and QSB running well and meet with customer requirements Attach importance to material management and organize monthly material check well Improve continuously to reduce waste and cost down Realize safety production Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male, age 28-38 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field. 8 years of experience dealing with molding injection in Automotive Business At least 3 years experiences in managing team Good knowledge of IATF16949 , basic tool/ molding / quality control knowledge and strong molding technique Able to write and speak in English.
