Purchasing Officer (20K-40K) (SDG-28519)
<Job Responsibilities>
Handling oversea (80%), and domestic (20%) purchasing process, import‐export process.(ex.provide the parts to HQ), claim process and documentation
Accuracy of issuing Purchase Order and update price once any changes
Responsible for purchasing of raw materials, spare parts, and instruments
Controlling and monitoring purchasing quotation and order.
Follow up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expedite for back orders and communicate status of order with internal team.
Coordinate with Suppliers
Prepare Accurate and reliable English reports, data summary and other related documents
Coordinate with related departments for smoothly operation
Provide evaluate supplier performance
Other tasks following manager’s assignment or company policy
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree or majoring in Accounting filed
At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing field (Any business)
Good command of English (email, communicate with suppliers)
Understanding purchasing process and having ISO knowledge which related to purchasing
Good command in Microsoft Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience or having knowledge in Machine parts, Machinery or Machines
Having knowledge in incoterm and privilege of import
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Bearing, BTS Samrong, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
