Import-Export Supervisor (35K-40K) (SDG-28452) <Job Responsibilities> Planning all logistics procedure (Especially Export) Handling Import-Export documents such as Invoice, packing list, CO Form A,E,D, B/L, LC with ship liner, freight forwarder, customs and FDA till cooperate with transport team to deliver the product to warehouse/ port / customer by truck/trailer Check order receiving, control the shipment schedule Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines and other supplier Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment, import tax, shipping expense, liner, freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense. Recheck all import-Export documents (Invoice, packing list C/O Form A, D,E,BL,LC or other) Other tasks as assigned by ASS Manager or section Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old Bachelor's Degree 3-4 years’ experience in Import/Export or related in logistic field Good knowledge in import and export process Knowledge of invoice and shipment process Good command of English (written and spoken) Computer skill: word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office <Preferable Skill / Experience> Knowledge skill for apply import FDA license regulation Good negotiation and communication skill Good analytical, problem solving skill Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Samrong +Taxi, Bangkok Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri (1 sat / month depend on company calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Replenishment parts Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing
