Project Engineering (30K-36K) (SDG-28377)
<Job Responsibilities>
Leader to follow up, control, Driving project (New Tooling, New process, New production line, etc.) finish on plan before start Mass part.
Make and set Master plan (Timing project making new Die, Jig, and Tooling) be used in process product part.
Update progressive picture and status Die, Jig, Tooling for report to customer, Team, Top management, Manager to prepare support on timing event
Lead APQA meeting inform and follow up Team to request document support submit PPAP, APQP
Set material spec, confirm material size, sheet size, coil size, and update part quantity per/ sheet for make Capacity to mass production.
Run @Rate, Die and Jig before Mass production to confirm Static & Dynamic Tooling Run @ Rate sheet
Make part sample and part order support customer to event jobs.
Support document, Inspection standard, Inspection data, Inspection check sheet in process, WI method inspection part, etc.
OJT Operator and inspector member (new/change) to use document check part new model, ECN/ ECR, ECI change, new method measurement.
Set measurement method and instrument fixable requirement customer standard
Co – check, Try – Out Die (New Tooling, New process)
Set part Master sample, Limit sample, Q-Point, WI (Dimension check, Visual check) Prepare mass production.
Run @ Rate record score check smooth process data (MSA, SPC, CPK)
Make/ Update control plan, review FMEA, Packing standard.
Core team (APQP Team)
Support customer Audit, Internal Audit, Supplier Audit.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
1-2 years’ experience in Engineering
Basic English skills for internal communication (Have interpreter when meeting with clients)
Be social and communicative (Need to collaborate with clients)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: Every other Saturday))
