Project Sales (Staff, Supervisor, Manager) (28K-50K) (SDG-26913)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Building up close relationship with Architects and related parties
 Maintain and develop new customers
 Setting up marketing strategies and activities
 Visit clients (mainly construction industry) by own car and owned-drive for business development
 Maintain existing client and develop new potential customer
 Price negotiation, order management, inventory management, delivery date management
 Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paper work
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-40 years old
 Bachelor degree or higher in any related field
 At least 2 years of experience in sales function from construction material business
 Able to communicate in English to JP supervisor
 Has good working attitude for sales of hi-end product
 Have good connection within construction industry
 Having experience in dealing with Architects and related parties
 Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making skills
 Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure
 Have own car and able to visit customers

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese would be a plus but not required
 Having experience from construction business
