Compliance Manager (Digital Asset business) (40K-80K) (SDG-25500)
<Job Responsibilities>
Set up compliance framework by creating Compliance Checklist and conduct on-site/off-site monitoring as specified in Compliance Annual Plan and Risk Assessment and report the results to directors of company
Co-work with SEC to set up the Compliance Framework for digital asset exchange
Create compliance documents to comply with SEC rules and regulations
Support and advise the company for SEC regulations related to digital asset transactions and update regulatory change
Prepare the materials for CEO monthly meeting and monthly Compliance Committee meeting
Review materials to ensure the accuracy and compliance with the regulations
Check policy and procedure and provide advice to management on periodic policy review from Compliance’s perspective
Conduct the training for staff to improve the compliance knowledge for the high risk items or when deem necessary
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, International Business, Laws, English or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in Financial Markets, Compliance and SEC Regulations
Good command of English (Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking)
Good computer literacy
Good Problem solving, Interpersonal & Communication Skill
