Procurement (Japanese Speaking) @Ayutthaya (25K-45K) (SDG-24195) <Job Responsibilities> Request & Review quotation and supplier’s company profile. Compare & evaluate supplier to select the best supplier according to QCD for the products. Review & negotiation purchasing terms, agreements, and contract. Register products into the company’s system. Negotiate about the QCD [Quality, Unit Price, Delivery date] with the suppliers in Japan. Control suppliers (such as manage claims, supplier evaluation, correspond and resolve any issues. Etc.) Review purchase requisition and issue purchase order. Procure purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers via E-Mail. Negotiate with suppliers in Japan to manage both normal shipment and urgent shipment Adjust and negotiate urgent add order request, pull-in and postpone delivery requests with suppliers. Track & Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Resolve issues related to procurement process. Monitor performance and negotiate contract variations through effective supplier relationships to enhance best business outcome. Have ability to manage and maintain good relationships with vendors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 23-30 years Bachelor degree majoring in Japanese or any related field Thai nationality New Graduated is also welcome Must have N1 or N2 Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT) Good command of spoken, reading and written in English (TOEIC score will be advantage) Good personality, Good at solving problems Expert at using computer software (Microsoft office) <Preferable Skill / Experience> Have around 1-2 years experiences in Procurement Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: Business level Workplace Area: Ayutthaya, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 [(Mon-Fri) (Some Sat depend on company's calendar)] About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–45,000THB About the company Products: Encapsulation Molding Compounds for I.C., Amino Molding Compounds for Table ware, Copper Clad Laminates for PCB, Lighting equipment for Residential Use, Wiring Devices, Breaker & Connector Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;
