<Job Responsibilities>
Answer customer calls with accurately, efficiently and professionally by following call center processes
Maintain and update the necessary information for customer into related insurance and automotive information
Follow up on customer requests/issues or escalate to team leaders when needed according to department processes
Fulfill other work assigned by team leader or managers
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour:
5:30-15:30(Work in Schedule Shifts (5 days a week)
05:30 - 15:30
6:00 - 16:00
14:00 - 23:00
23:00 - 8:00 [night shift get 100THB])
