Call Center Agent (Healthcare/Customer relationship/Roadside Assistance) (20K-25K) (SDG-23305)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Answer customer calls with accurately, efficiently and professionally by following call center processes
 Maintain and update the necessary information for customer into related insurance and automotive information
 Follow up on customer requests/issues or escalate to team leaders when needed according to department processes
 Fulfill other work assigned by team leader or managers


Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour:
 5:30-15:30(Work in Schedule Shifts (5 days a week)
 05:30 - 15:30
 6:00 - 16:00
 14:00 - 23:00
 23:00 - 8:00 [night shift get 100THB])
