Job Description

Sales Training Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-23155)
<Job Responsibilities>
 To manage Fiscal sales training plan and ensure flawless implementation
 To support Sales Subsidiaries and Distributors to improve sales productivities
 To set standard process of training and follow-up to optimize training efficiency
 To develop necessary informative materials to support sales team as selling tools
 Promote and manage online learning to Sales Subsidiaries
 To visit sales subsidiaries & distributors for onsite sales skill training
 Design sales materials and relevance tools
 Identify training needs and monitors effectiveness of trainer team performance, training techniques and suitability of training programs
 Direct supervise with head of sales for training requirement
 Cooperate with product marketing, marketing communication and solution team for finding skills that suitable to new products and solutions
 Gather and feedback product information and requests from market
 Act as training manager for cooperate of all training parts including service

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:50(Mon-Fri After Merge Company, working hours will be change to 8.30-17.15)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Experience in sales / Sales training (preferably in overseas sales within Asean countries)
 Experience in MFP (copy machine) business (preferred but not a must)
 Experience in Document Imaging business
 Experience in regional marking (preferably within Asean countries)
 Good command of English (Advanced Conversational Level)
 Able to work under pressure
 Able to travel abroad at least once a month
 Basic computer skills
