<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage Spare parts & Service sales
 Manage for cost saving, budgeting, and targeting according to business goals
 Work with management team to ensure sales goals are met
 Plan promotions to increase sales
 Arrange weekly/monthly reports for management meeting
 Supervise parts sales representatives
 Mentor and train staff members in accordance with company policies




Workplace Area: Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, 34-36 years
 Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
 Leadership skill, at least 3 years in managerial level
 Minimum of 5 years experiences in marketing or sales environment
 Fluent in English both writing and speaking
 Good logical thinking, communication, and presentation
 Good computer skill
 Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
 Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a staff

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Knowledge in construction machine parts and experiences in automotive business are advantageous
 Experiences in Japanese company would be advantage.
 Knowledge of products and processes in production and sale.
