Work outline: Working with the Mechanical team and provide the best service for company’s customer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Analyzing product performance, competitors’ movement and product survey.
Ø Conduct market research and market trends for the future opportunities
Ø Analyze the strength and weakness of the company product to create/improve sale
Ø Responsible for product improvement and new product development
Ø Provide the product training to the dealer and all sales staff and training according to the business needs
Ø Working on product in order to support Sales and Marketing
Ø Other assignment as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, Age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer management or Agricultural Machine, Marketing or relevant fields
Ø Al least 3 years relevant experiences with knowledge of agricultural machinery especially the farming tractor
Ø Able to drive and understand the basic mechanic knowledge. If able to repair the machinery is more advantage
Ø Have a good understanding and able to conduct a market survey
Ø Skill in product management and development
Ø Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
Preferable:
Ø Strong interpersonal and presentation skill
Ø Knowledge in tractor market is more advantage
Ø Willing to travel as business trip
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 THB negotiable
