Work outline: Support Administrative task, coordinate with Japanese Managers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Managing our company’s general administrative activities to be done with standard quality, within timeline, follow policies and procedures. (such as office supply, housekeeping, vehicle, reception, company activities and others)
Ø Continually review and improve administrative work processes
Ø Support and supervise others administrative tasks within admin team
Ø Support Budget Control
Ø Others administrative tasks assigned by manager
Ø Other assigned task by Superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 28-32 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree in business administration, arts or related field
Ø 4-5 years’ experience in handing of full set of general administration functions
Ø Good command in English (Toeic 600 up)
Ø JLPT level N3 (communication skill)
Ø Proficiency in MS Office
Languages skills
English: Conversation Level (TOEIC 600 attached is a must)
Japanese: Conversation Level (N3: attached is a must)
Workplace Area: Bangkhen, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00, Monday – Friday/Saturday 1 day per month
