Work outline: Responsible for general affairs, supporting for MD, and other tasks related to Administrations, GA and accounting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide supportive jobs for Japanese MD such as assisting in making reports
Ø Handle administrative task such as office maintenance
Ø Responsible for easy accounting tasks such as inputting accounting information in Excel and book-keeping, petty cash management cooperating with accounting firms
Ø Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and compliance with all safety and security protocols
Ø Respond to HQ contacts and sometimes get calls from Japanese clients
Ø Order Office supplies
Ø Others tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, 25-43 years
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field
Ø Japanese Skills (Advanced Conversational – N3 up)
Ø Any kinds of business experiences
Ø Microsoft Knowledge (Power point, Excel, Word)
Ø Motivated to work in Set-up Company and cooperate with MD
Preferable:
Ø English skills (at least emails)
Ø Experiences of Admin, Secretary, GA, Accountant, other related jobs
Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
