Work outline: Responsible for production control of this factory by supporting Japanese manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Supporting Japanese manager as an interpreter
Ø Hearing worker’s opinions from local staffs and sharing with Japanese Managers
Ø Supervise and lead Thai local workers at the factory site
Ø Manage all functions of Production planning, Manpower control and Finished goods control
Ø Planning all production activities to support the sales forecast and customer order
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, 35-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree

Ø Japanese (Advanced conversation level) Ø At least 5 years’ experience in management level (Strong leadership to Thai staff and worker) Ø At least 7 years working experience in production control of manufacturing company Ø Be able to commute to work by themselves |
Preferable:
Ø Working experiences in Japan as a trainee or any short period
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversation Level
Workplace Area: Phintong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) (*One time Saturday Working a month)

Salary: 50,000HTB-70,000 THB Total
