Work outline: Work as a Production engineering manager in Metal parts manufacturing Division
(Press molded parts: Stainless steel Aluminum)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Get client requirements from sales team, then design both products and production process of production line
Ø Plan and introduce efficient production method and machine tool to maximize producing products
Ø Manage all functions of Production Planning, Manpower Control and Machine tool setting
Ø Coordinate with other Dept. and give advises to improve production in terms of technical side
Ø Analyze the capacity and all resources including Manpower requirement and coordinate with concerned departments for necessary adjustment
Ø Manage 20-40 staff to make efficient progress
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 35-40 yrs.
Ø Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or related
Ø Knowledge of metal stamping, CNC tapping machine (Be able to do mold design and process design)
Ø Knowledge of machine tool (WEDM, grinding, cutting)
Ø At least 8 year experiences as Engineer or production engineer in metal processing industry for steel, aluminum, stainless etc.
Ø At least 3 years’ experience to managing a team
Preferable:
Ø Have knowledge of KAIZEN (5S), Quality management, ISO/TS
Ø Have Japanese language skill
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
