Work outline: Responsible for all corporate legal matters, business review & operation to management in company
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Draft, review and negotiate various business contract (with suppliers, customers, service venders, etc.)
Ø Provide advice on wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labor, competition, etc.)
Ø Draft and review internal company rules and regulations
Ø Coordinate with legal teams in HQ and other regions Coordinate with external lawyer for legal case action taken
Ø Provide report to management
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in laws
Ø At least 5 years of legal experience in Construction company, Sub-Contractor or Legal Firm etc.
Ø Excellent in English proficiency both written and spoken
Ø Lawyer License
