Work outline: In charge of internal audit process and coordinate work process with SG team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Understand operation process by review SOX Flowchart and RCM to test of effectiveness and evaluate design deficiency following the control of activity.
Ø Review operation work flows and procedures to prepare the audit program and discuss with the Head of Internal Audit and Internal Audit manager to finalize the audit program.
Ø Supervise the audit team to conduct the audit fieldwork within the timeframe and deadline.
Ø Verify supporting documents and inquiry auditors to summarize in working papers.
Ø Identify and evaluate the risk that impact the achievement of the business’s objective and provide the appropriate recommendations according audit plan.
Ø To present audit finding in the Pre-exit meeting and draft the audit report to Internal Audit manager.
Ø Follow-up audit to ensure that the auditors improve all operation’s processes with Internal Audit’s recommendation.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 24-32
Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Ø At least 3-5 years audit experience (internal audit)
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Ø Good command of English.
Prefer:
Ø CPA or CIA preferred.
Ø Worked in BIG4 companies before.
