Work outline: Support for technical issues which assigned by Technical Service & Support manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support sales team to achieve sales target.
Ø Support for technical issues which assigned by Technical Service & Support manager
Ø Responsible for machine installation and training
Ø Visit customers site, maintenance and repair, fixing in any problems that arise
Ø Troubleshoot problem relate to both machine and ink issue
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male only, 25 -35 years
Ø Bachelor Degree in Printing Technology, Printing Science, Engineering or any related fields
Ø 1 years’ experience in Printing Service
Ø Customer oriented with experiences of problem solving
Ø Own a car & driving license
Ø Be able to visit client site both Bangkok and Domestics
Preferable:
Ø Experienced servicing in the UV Inkjet is preferable
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ari
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 THB negotiable
