Oversee and manage man power, cost and profit
Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand the situation of on-going PV projects
Report what are serious issues and necessary actions
Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Educate 4-5 project Managers who work under him, how to manage projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, age 47-52 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Have lots of experience for project management (5 years or more) at Japanese Construction Company or other Major Construction Company.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Speaking, listening, writing and reading of English are required skills for this job
(TOEIC Score shall be more than 650 or equivalent)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Project management experience for power plant is preferable
