VP Credit (100K–150K) (SDG-62968)

<Job Responsibilities>
1. To review credit application (with Approval authority)
2. To prepare the reports in English to Top Management and HQs (Japan)
3. To manage the credit team
4. To communicate between HQs in Japan and Marketing teams in Thai
5. To analyze the existing portfolio and market situations to make the strategies of risk control
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree /master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or Relating field
- At least 10 years’ experience in Credit Analysis (Corporate-SME) as Director, GM or VP level at Leasing, Banking, or Finance company
- Fluency in English and Thai
- Have solid knowledge in Credit Analysis and collection
- Have Management skills (Able to lead and manage Staff- Manager level)
- Enthusiastic Person, Good attitude, Good Communication, Innovate thinking
- To understand Japanese company culture and policies

1. ตรวจสอบการสมัครสินเชื่อ (พร้อมอำนาจอนุมัติ)
2. จัดทำรายงานภาษาอังกฤษถึงผู้บริหารระดับสูงและกองบัญชาการ (ญี่ปุ่น)
3.เพื่อบริหารทีมสินเชื่อ
4. เพื่อสื่อสารระหว่างสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่นและทีมการตลาดเป็นภาษาไทย
5. เพื่อวิเคราะห์พอร์ตโฟลิโอที่มีอยู่และสถานการณ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์ในการควบคุมความเสี่ยง
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 40 - 50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในด้านการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ (Corporate-SME) ในตำแหน่ง Director, GM หรือ VP ในระดับ Leasing, Banking หรือ Finance
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้คล่อง
- มีความรู้ที่มั่นคงในการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อและการจัดเก็บ
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ (สามารถเป็นผู้นำและจัดการระดับ Staff- Manager ได้)
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ทัศนคติดี สื่อสารดี มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
- เพื่อทำความเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมและนโยบายของบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
