Job Description
・Process orders according to MRP and ensure that supplier receive all orders. ・Follow up order confirmation by daily ・Ensure to purchase of materials at the right supplier, right quantities and on time delivery. ・Responsible to work with ME, QA, QC , WH and suppliers to clear items that found quality/delivery issues. ・Interface with suppliers on the day-by-day job to ensure the material supply and no interruption on material support to production. ・Do all activities to control line stop and inventory level with buyer team. ・ECN setting ・Set Purchasing meeting ・Follow up special use / 4M ・Responsible to clear the credit note of MRB / line stop cost pending issues. ・Responsible to clear the shipment pending issues. ・Cooperation and contact other section as assignment. ・Make an individual report / KPI ・Follow up RMT activity and rule ・Strictly follow the RMT Code of Conduct.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree in any fields. ・At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse delivery role from any manufacturing. ・Experience procurement operation. ・Conversation middle level in English ・Have experience from JP company is preferable
